What citation format should I use for my annotated bibliography?

The bibliography portion of the annotated bibliography usually follows one of the standard citation formats, APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.  Your instructor should provide the information on the preferred style in class, in the syllabus or in the assignment specifications.
