SWOT reports are only available for companies that are public (meaning that they have investors and are publicly traded on a stock exchange).
You can find SWOT reports for publicly traded companies using the D&B Hoovers online database from the list of online databases.
- Search for a company by name to get a report for the company that includes a SWOT report option on the left side menu.
- Make sure that the company type listed in your company report is "public parent" to obtain a full company report which includes SWOT reports.
You will need your UNLV ACE computer account to access the D&B Hoovers online database remotely from off campus.
