Q. I started to make a room reservation, but was interrupted. When I went back into the system to reserve the room the time slot was no longer available. Why can't I reserve the room?

In order to prevent a double booking, the system will hold the reservation for a period of time.  If you begin a reservation, but don't complete it, you will need to wait for the system to time out before that time slot will become available again.
