Patrons may self-scan select material in Special Collections provided they follow posted rules about care and handling of material. Consult staff before you copy fragile manuscript materials. The Bookeye scanner must be used to scan bound materials.
Patrons are allowed to bring in their own scanners, but must follow our care and handling guidelines, and any other policies provided by staff.
Specialized formats such as negatives, transparencies, slides, oversized architectural drawings and maps must be scanned by staff in our digitization lab and there may be a charge depending on the size of the request.
