How do I report any difficulties in accessing ebooks, ejournals and databases?
Please email medlib@unlv.edu with the following information to help us troubleshoot:
- Are you trying to access from on campus or off campus?
- Are you using one of the guides or something else like a link in a course syllabus?
- What specific title(s) are causing an issue?
- How is it not working like you expect it to?
- What browser are you using?
Our library team will then reach out and email you for further assistance. You are also welcome to visit the library in person with any troubleshooting questions. We are located on the 3rd floor of the Medical Education Building.
