I need to print a poster/presentation. Does the Library offer large format printing?

Yes, there are three places to get a poster printed at the Library:

Cost and payment

$4.00 per square foot

  • Partial linear feet are rounded up to the next foot
  • Same cost for all types of paper
    • Matte heavyweight coated (Lied and ASL only)
    • Semi-glossy
  • You must pay for your print before you pick it up.

For credit card, cash, or RebelCard payments

Pay at Lied Library or TDRL over the phone or in person. ASL does not accept any form of payment.

For department journal voucher payments

Process time

Print requests require 2 business days to process, so please plan accordingly. Please be advised that service times are affected by University holidays.

Formats Accepted

Please embed any special or unique fonts in PDFs.

We advise against designing in Word. The largest paper dimensions Word allows are 22"x22"

Sizes offered

  • Our largest paper is 44" tall. (One edge of the poster must be 44" or less.)

      • thickness: 6 mil

      • smooth surface
      • best for CAD drawings, architect drawings, GIS applications
